Framing and Art work size:

  • Artwork must be framed or on a 2” wrapped around canvas with all sides painted.
  • Works must be wired with screw eyes, ready to hang, with backing. No saw tooth hangers.
  • Maximum frame size 50 x 50 inches in either dimension. A diptych or triptych must be framed in single frame and meet the 50 inch maximum.
  • Paintings with loose or damaged frames will not be accepted. Keep the frame simple and lightweight.
  • Sculpture must be no larger than 4x4 feet

Entry Checklist:

The Maximum file size is 1800 x 1800 pixels.
Each 300 DPI .jpg image file is named with artist’s last name and first initial , the corresponding entry number and the Category (A,B,C or D).
Example: For the first image, Joann Smith would name the image as Smith_J1A.jpg (for image #1) Smith_J2A.jpg (for image #2) Smith_J3A.jpg (for image #3)
Submitting image files with your cameras numbering system or any other will not be accepted.
